Pricing
Pay only for the fleet you run. Billed monthly by card.
- £1.00 a week for each tractor unit or rigid — £4.33 a month.
- 5p a week for each trailer — £0.22 a month.
- Minimum £10.00 a month. If the fleet costs less, the difference is added as a "minimum charge" line.
- Monthly price = weekly price × 52 ÷ 12, rounded to the nearest penny.
- Only vehicles set to In use or Off road (VOR) are billed. Sold and off-hire vehicles are kept with their records for free.
- Adding or removing a vehicle during the month is charged or credited for the days left.
- All prices exclude VAT at 20%.
- 30 days free from sign-up, no card needed. When the trial ends without a subscription, records stay readable but new checks are paused.
